A fresh curation from five family farms — Vilia, Kargakos, Christofilakos, Valkanas, and Alexandrakou — milled with precision by the Valioti family at their state-of-the-art mill to preserve purity, flavour, and nutrition.

Made from Koroneiki and Athinolia olives, this oil offers an aroma of fresh-cut green grass and artichokes, a smooth, creamy palate with herbal notes of oregano, and a delicate cracked-pepper finish.

Vibrant and herbaceous, it’s beautiful with green pestos, tomato salads, roasted potatoes, or even a drizzle over vanilla ice cream.
