The middle of three daughters in an olive-growing family, Marina set out to master the science behind world-class EVOOs. When she returned home to Andalucía, she realised her family’s oil could be better. So she started again — converting the groves to organic, introducing a mobile milling machine for precision freshness, and rebuilding every process around quality and sustainability.

The result: a vibrant, organically-farmed oil with notes of vine tomato, fresh-cut grass, and black pepper on the nose, and a fresh, peppery palate with gentle bitterness.

Perfect over pasta and rice dishes, tossed through salads, or drizzled over yoghurt, mango, or Manchego — this is an oil to savour, share, and celebrate.
