If your order hasn’t yet been dispatched, we may still be able to update the shipping address. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible at hello@pangolins.co.ukand we’ll do our best to help.

Once an order is placed, the billing address can’t be changed for that transaction. However, it won’t affect your delivery, and you can update your billing details for future orders in your account settings.

At the moment, we only ship within the UK. We’re exploring international shipping options and hope to offer this in the future—sign up to our newsletter for updates.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days. During busy periods, it may take a little longer, but we’ll always keep you informed once your order is on its way.

Once dispatched, your order should arrive within 2–5 working days. We’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as it’s on its way.

If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
