Orders
Simply browse our collections, add your chosen items or curated sets to your basket, and head to checkout when you’re ready. You can select gift wrapping, add a personal message, and choose your delivery options before completing your purchase.
You’ll receive a confirmation email shortly after placing your order, with all the details included. If it doesn’t appear in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folder just in case.
If your order hasn’t yet been dispatched, we may still be able to update the shipping address. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible at hello@pangolins.co.uk and we’ll do our best to help.
Once an order is placed, the billing address can’t be changed for that transaction. However, it won’t affect your delivery, and you can update your billing details for future orders in your account settings.
We aim to respond to customer enquiries within 1–2 working days. Messages received outside business hours or over weekends will be answered on the next working day.
Shipping & Returns
At the moment, we only ship within the UK. We’re exploring international shipping options and hope to offer this in the future—sign up to our newsletter for updates.
Orders are dispatched on working days only (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed after 12 noon on Fridays, or over the weekend, will be dispatched on the next working day.
Once dispatched, your order should arrive within 2–5 working days. We’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as it’s on its way.
If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can let us know that you wish to return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. You then have another 14 days to return the item to us. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Please contact us at returns@pangolins.co.uk before sending anything back, so we can guide you through the returns process.

Most of our products are one size or clearly labelled with measurements on the product page. If you’re unsure or need more details, feel free to get in touch—we’re happy to help you choose the right fit.

We’re committed to plastic-free packaging, cruelty-free goods, and thoughtful sourcing at every step. We pack using starch eco chips, which are easily rinsed away using water, shredded paper or wood shavings. Everything is recyclable, compostable and/or reusable.

Step 4: Eco-Packaging & Fulfilment
We package your gifts beautifully in sustainable materials and handle shipping to individual addresses or in bulk.
Step 5: Aftercare
Receive confirmation of deliveries, feedback insights (if desired), and priority access to future gifting offers.
