When she returned home, she discovered her family’s oil just wasn’t good enough. So she shut it down and started over. From a new mobile milling machine for precision quality to converting the groves organic—she overhauled everything.
On the nose there's vine tomato, fresh-cut grass, black pepper and on the palate, fresh with a medium bitterness and a striking pepperiness. We love pouring this over pastas and rice dishes. Shake it up on salads. Put this on peppers. Try it with everything from mango to Manchego.
