Returns Policy
We hope you love your order. If something isn’t quite right, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery.
To arrange a return, please contact us at returns@pangolins.co.uk and we’ll provide full instructions.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging
- All labels and tags must be intact
Return Costs
- Customers are responsible for return postage costs
- If your item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover return postage
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected:
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Delivery charges are non-refundable unless your item is faulty or incorrect
Alternatively, you may choose store credit, which will include your original delivery charge.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or incorrect. This includes food, perishable goods and sealed items that have been opened.
