A celebration of collaboration and craft from the olive groves of Laconia, Greece.

This vibrant oil comes from the organic harvests of five local families — Vilia, Kargakos, Christofilakos, Valkanas, and Alexandrakou — and is milled by the Valioti family at their state-of-the-art mill to capture peak freshness and nutrition.

Made from a blend of Koroneiki and Athinolia olives, this extra virgin olive oil is rich in antioxidants with an aroma of fresh-cut green grass and artichokes. On the palate it’s smooth and delicately creamy, layered with herbal notes of oregano and finishing with a gentle cracked pepper spice.

Bright, herbaceous and full of character — it’s perfect for green pestos, tomato salads, roasted potatoes, and even vanilla ice cream.
