Your two-week nail care routine

Start with bare nails and repeat this routine for two weeks:

1. Shape and prepare once a week. At the beginning of each week, shape your nails with the nail file, then gently buff the surface with the preparation file.
2. Apply S.O.S. Base Coat every two days. Apply to clean nails at the start of the routine, then reapply every two days without removing the previous coats.
3. Use S.O.S. Nail Mask once a week. At the end of each week, remove the base coat and apply the mask. Leave overnight, then gently peel off or remove with warm water in the morning.
