If you would like to include a handwritten gift message, simply add your wording in the order notes at checkout and we’ll include it with your gift. You can also choose one of our greetings cards and we’ll handwrite your message inside before carefully including it in the parcel.
How your order arrives
Every Pangolins order is carefully packed using planet-kind packaging as standard. Items are securely protected using recyclable paper and sent in a plain recyclable postal box or envelope, helping your order arrive safely while reducing unnecessary packaging.
With our Luxury Gift Wrapping Service, your items are individually wrapped in your chosen gift wrap, finished with signature Pangolins ribbon and accompanied by a handwritten gift message if requested. Once wrapped, your gift is carefully protected inside an outer recyclable postal box or envelope to ensure it arrives beautifully presented and ready to give.
Please note we are unable to gift wrap hampers or very large items such as large children’s toys.
