The middle of three daughters in an olive-growing family, Marina set out to master the science of exceptional EVOOs. When she returned to Andalucía, she realised her family’s oil could be even better. So she started from scratch — introducing a mobile milling machine for precision quality, converting the groves to organic, and rebuilding everything around flavour, freshness and sustainability.

The result is a beautifully balanced, organically-farmed oil with vine tomato, fresh-cut grass and black pepper on the nose, and a fresh, peppery palate with gentle bitterness.

Drizzle over pasta, rice and roasted peppers, swirl into salads or yoghurt, or try it with mango and Manchego — a versatile kitchen essential with real character.
