• Works automatically once you’re logged into your Pangolins account.

What’s Included

• Unlimited standard UK delivery on all products.
• No minimum spend.
• Enjoy simple, predictable postage for the year.

What’s Not Included

• Express, next-day or timed delivery services.
• International delivery.
• Subscription is non-transferable and non-refundable and only applicable to the one membership address.

Good to Know

• Your Pangolins Plus subscription will not renew automatically — we’ll email you before it expires.
• You must be logged into your account for Pangolins Plus benefits to apply.
• Orders are subject to our standard terms & conditions.

UK standard delivery is £5.95 (free for orders over £65)

We offer both Royal Mail and courier delivery options. If you prefer not to use Royal Mail, simply select courier delivery at checkout.

Orders are carefully packed using planet-kind materials and dispatched promptly.

Free local Click & Collect is available for customers nearby.

You’ll be notified by email when your order is ready to collect, usually within 1 working day.

Orders can be sent directly to the recipient, or collected locally with our free Wiltshire area collection service by arrangement.
