The 1989 Earrings were created while reminiscing about a childhood spent by the sea — days of collecting shells, feeling the sand between our fingers, and watching sunlight dance on the water. These memories inspired the earrings’ organic, nautical form, a softly sculpted, face-framing shape that elevates any ensemble with effortless elegance.

Protected as a UK Registered Design (No. 6450629), each pair is handcrafted in Greece from solid bronze and plated with recycled 18k and 24k gold, giving them a rich, enduring finish. Every piece incorporates up to 40% recycled metal and is designed with a lightweight post-back for comfortable, all-day wear.
