Nkuku Tunda Jute & Cotton Doormat – Natural

Crafted from natural jute, this classic doormat brings together durability, texture and understated style. Its thick, hardwearing weave is designed to handle the demands of everyday use, while offering a beautifully tactile feel underfoot.

We choose to work with natural, recycled and reclaimed materials wherever possible. Jute is a wonderfully planet-kind fibre — a rain-fed crop that requires little need for fertilisers or pesticides. As a natural vegetable fibre, it can be spun into strong, durable threads, making it ideal for everyday pieces designed to last.

When combined with soft, supple cotton, this blend offers both resilience and comfort, creating a balanced material that feels as good as it looks. Each doormat is crafted using traditional Indian handloom techniques — one of the country’s most ancient crafts. Woven, braided and stitched by skilled artisans, every piece reflects generations of craftsmanship and heritage, with subtle variations that make each one unique.

Naturally textured and timeless in design, it’s a versatile addition to any entryway, hallway or back door.

Please note: suitable for indoor use only.
