Nkuku Cedarwood & Fig Reed Diffuser | UK Made

Fill your home with warmth and quiet comfort with this beautifully crafted reed diffuser from Nkuku. Hand-filled and packed in the UK, it features a bespoke fragrance developed exclusively for Nkuku by a family-owned fragrance house, resulting in a scent that is both distinctive and deeply grounding.

Woody notes of cedarwood blend with aromatic smoke, honeyed fig, natural patchouli oil and birch tar, creating a rich, layered fragrance that evokes the gentle warmth of a crackling fireside. Balanced yet characterful, it brings depth and atmosphere to living spaces, from relaxed evenings to slow weekend mornings.

Housed in Nkuku’s signature textured vessel, each diffuser is crafted from hand-blown recycled glass by skilled makers in India, reflecting thoughtful craftsmanship and a commitment to more sustainable design. Once the fragrance has gently dispersed, the vessel can be reused as a small vase, extending its life beautifully within the home.

A considered piece designed to be enjoyed slowly — and used again.

Care Instructions

Once you have unpacked your diffuser, reeds and oil, carefully remove the cap and pour in to the glass diffuser, being careful not to spill any. In case of any spillages wipe clean immediately. The diffuser will contain 6 reeds. Place the reeds in to the diffuser and allows 24-36 hours for the scent to diffuse the room. Rotating the reeds ever 1-2 weeks boosts the scent diffusion. The more reeds you use the stronger the scent will be. Over time the reeds will become saturated with liquid so place the diffuser on a protective plate to ensure no liquid damages surfaces. Ensure the reeds do not touch painted or delicate materials as this may cause staining. The fragrance diffuser will last between 2-4 months, but the room temperature, exposure to direct sunlight and air currents can accelerate evaporation. Reuse: Once your diffuser is finished, dispose of the reeds and any excess oil safely, wipe clean with a damp cloth to remove any residue and enjoy as a vase.
