Rex London Bertie the Bunny – Soft Toy in Blue Shirt & Striped Trousers

Meet Bertie, a cheerful little bunny with a warm smile, a smart blue shirt and timeless striped trousers—designed to be a comforting companion for childhood’s earliest adventures. Thoughtfully made and beautifully proportioned, Bertie is the kind of soft toy that quickly becomes “the one”—carried from room to room, cuddled at bedtime, and remembered long after growing up.

Standing at approximately 40cm tall, Bertie is generously sized for hugs while remaining gentle and reassuring for little hands. His classic outfit and friendly expression feel intentionally calm and nostalgic, making him a perfect fit for modern, eco-conscious nurseries and homes that value meaningful, long-lasting toys over throwaway trends.

At Pangolins, we believe children’s gifts should be chosen with the same care as adult ones—designed to last, kind to the planet, and full of heart. Bertie embodies all three.

Designed for comfort, connection & imagination

Bertie’s soft, tactile body makes him easy to cuddle and hold, offering comfort during quiet moments and encouraging imaginative play as little ones grow. His neatly tailored shirt and trousers add character without overwhelming, creating a timeless look that works beautifully as both a play companion and a nursery keepsake.

His friendly face and gentle materials help children form emotional bonds—supporting comfort, routine and reassurance during early years.

A planet-kind choice

Bertie has been selected with sustainability and longevity in mind:

• Designed as a long-life soft toy, not a disposable novelty
• Encourages buy-once, cherish-for-years gifting
• Minimal packaging to reduce waste
• Hand-wash care supports a longer product lifespan
• A conscious alternative to plastic-heavy, short-lived toys

Choosing thoughtfully made soft toys helps reduce unnecessary consumption while creating items that can be kept, repaired, and passed down.

Thoughtful packaging

Bertie arrives presented with a simple card swing tag, tied with natural cotton string. The packaging is intentionally minimal, plastic-free and recyclable—reflecting Pangolins’ belief that beautiful gifts don’t need excessive wrapping to feel special.

A meaningful gift for special moments

Bertie makes a heartfelt gift for:

• First birthdays and toddler milestones
• New baby and christening presents
• Eco-conscious baby showers
• Nurseries seeking calm, natural toys
• A keepsake companion to grow up with

This is the sort of gift that becomes part of family stories—loved, remembered, and kept.
