Edward is a beautifully crafted replica of the original teddy bear who inspired A.A. Milne’s beloved Winnie-the-Pooh stories. First created by Farnell in 1921 and purchased from Harrods as a first birthday gift for Christopher Robin Milne, Edward would go on to inspire one of the most cherished characters in children’s literature.

Recreated as a Special Edition by Merrythought, Edward is handcrafted in England using traditional techniques and materials that honour the original design.

Finished in rich antique golden mohair, Edward features:
