Product Details

Turn a love of cheese into a wonderfully hands-on experience with the Ultimate Cheese Making Kit. Generously filled with everything needed to make 10 different varieties and up to 40 batches, it’s a brilliant gift for foodies, enthusiastic home cooks and anyone who enjoys learning a delicious new skill.

Designed to make home cheesemaking surprisingly simple, the kit can produce fresh homemade cheese in around an hour. Choose from mozzarella, ricotta, mascarpone, halloumi, feta, Scottish crowdie, labneh, goat’s cheese, queso blanco and paneer — with plenty of scope to experiment using the included herbs and spices.

Three cheese moulds help give each creation a beautifully finished appearance, while the accompanying recipe book offers inspiration for enjoying the results, including Lemon, Basil, Ricotta & Almond Cake and Battered Halloumi.

With enough ingredients to make approximately 40 generous batches, each weighing around 600–900g, and a shelf life of more than one year, this is a gift that can be enjoyed again and again.
